It is an "assumed risk" and most parents sign a waiver at the start of their child's sport. My opinion is that this is an unfortunate and perhaps absurd case.
Not withstanding that the extent of the injuries may/would have caused substantial damage to the plaintiff, we would need more... More

Sensationalism or truth

sensationalism verum?


Due to the recent influx on the news about the drugs labeled as bath salts, it also brings to light the exageration of the media, labeling it cannibalistic.  Do you have an opinion or do you think it is best to report as most sensational as possible; in order to bring more awareness to the realities of drug use?
