Fourth Amendment
The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:

El Cuarto enmendamiento a la Constitucion Estadounidense se lee asi:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
 
What are your thoughts on the fourth amendment?  Do you believe that as private citizens we should be able to maintain our privacy without government intrusion?  or, do you think the government should be able to do so in certain cases?

Cuales son sus pensamientos acerca de el cuarto enmendamiento?  Cree usted que como ciudadanos se tiene el derecho a la privacidad sin intrusion gubernamental?  o, piensa que en ciertos casos el gobierno podria hacerlo?
