In today's world with fast growing technology and children/youth being exposed more rapidly to changes and posssibly forced to mature to quickly.  Do you think this has resulted in a surge and availabilty of new drugs such as those found in our own homes.  Or do you think it has been the same throughout history just differnt drugs.  Give your opinion.
