Well, this may come in a few months too late for me. I had heard rumors about this happening in general to this population, but I did not follow through at the time to see if this was really happening or if it was mere speculation. It appears that children in the Foster care system not only face immense challenges in growing up and becoming self efficient while juggling emotions, broken hearts and broken families. Now, the odds are also stacked against their favor in order to be able to build any type of financial future. With so many burdens put upon them, where can we really place blame or better yet where can we focus our solutions?...

This is really sad. They should step in to prosecute the people who have allegedly committed these crimes. . :(
